Our Policies

​Our orders are shipped within 2-5 days once you place your order. If your order is expected to take longer we will contact you immediately. Orders made through the website are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from our studio. The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange with you a convenient delivery time.

At Nush, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our studio. We don’t accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. Firstly, we apologize if the product received was damaged. Customers can only exchange damaged/wrong/faulty items within 3 days of delivery date. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, un-ironed with all the tags and the original packaging.
